Pumpkin Crunch

Today I had Thanksgiving with my lovely friends.

We ate pumpkin desserts like pumpkin pie and pumpkin crunch.

We talked about all that we are thankful for.

We gave thanks for our religious freedom.

We gave thanks for the country we live in.

We gave thanks for our family, friends and health.

We are truly thankful.

This Thanksgiving take time to gather with those you love and give thanks.

Also, try this yummy alternative to pumpkin pie.

It's so easy!

Pumpkin Crunch

30 oz. can of Libby's Pumpkin Pie Mix
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks of butter melted

Spread pumpkin mixture in bottom of greased 9X13 pan.
Spread yellow cake mix over top.
Drizzle butter over top of cake mix.
Bake at 325 degrees for 75 minutes until top is brown and crispy.
Serve with Cool Whip. Yum!
